The Venue Manager is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of events at The Land Conservancy’s Octagon Barn Center, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, vendors, guests, and community members. The Venue Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and booking through event execution and closeout. This position oversees the organization, documentation, and safe execution of a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, fundraising galas, family and holiday celebrations, and community gatherings, ensuring compliance with venue policies and procedures. The position requires regular evening and weekend work based on the Octagon Barn event calendar.
