Join LCSLO at the Lower San Luis Obispo Creek Floodplain Preserve to remove junk from the creek! In this case, junk not only includes trash, but invasive cape ivy. This plant spreads quickly and takes over our beautiful native vegetation. LCSLO has been managing cape ivy for multiple years and could use your help continuing that effort! SLO Creek is home to many floral and faunal species that will greatly benefit from a day’s worth of clean-up.

Terrain will be mostly flat through unpaved roads of orchards and work will not involve getting in the water.
