Our Terra Firma Society honors those friends and donors to the organization who have thoughtfully provided for the future of The Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County. By including The Land Conservancy in your estate plans, you are ensuring that we will be able to protect and restore lands for many decades to come.
Careful gift planning offers each individual the opportunity to make and endowed gift that will continue helping our organization for generations to come. Regardless of the method or the amount of the gift planning arrangement, we are deeply grateful to each and every member of the Terra Firma Society and especially appreciative of such thoughtful commitments to the future financial well being of The Land Conservancy. Terra Firma Society gifts can take the form of bequests, bequest intentions, charitable trusts, life insurance policies, or charitable gift annuities. We salute the generosity and support of this very special group of friends.
We would be delighted to welcome you as a member of the Terra Firma Society at the Land. Conservancy. Membership requires no minimum except your thoughtfulness. To let us know about your intention to include The Land Conservancy in your estate plans and join the Terra Firma Society, please complete and return the Declaration of Intent form or contact us directly.
Privileges and Benefits
In recognition of their thoughtful support, members of the Terra Firma Society receive a variety of special privileges. Society members are honored during a special luncheon held each year. This event provides members an opportunity to renew ties to The Land Conservancy, to learn about recent projects, and to associate with others who have given similar priority to the future of our organization. Other special privileges include elite invitations to special events, exclusive access to a private conservation tour, distinct acknowledgement in printed materials and other benefits.
