• Security Gate. Donate a security gate at the Pump House to control access to the parking lot from dusk to dawn. Estimate: $4000.
  • Privacy fencing between amphitheater and parking. Estimate unknown, some supplies available on site.
  • Octagon Barn Center Entrance Sign.  This should conform to standards set by the Land Conservancy and be consistent with signage goals for the Bob Jones Pathway.  Estimate unknown.
  • Barn Sprinklers. For fire suppressant.  $24K estimate.
  • Office Furniture. Design and set up the “office” space in the Milking Parlor with a desk, shelves, so that it can be used for an on-site event staff when open. Estimate unknown.
  • Barn Tables and Chairs. 200 people seated for theater or for dining.    Estimate at $20K.
  • Milking Parlor Tables and Chairs. 100 people for events.  Estimate $15K.
  • AV System for Milking Parlor. Audio/Visual with projector, screen and speakers. Estimate of $20K.
  • Window Coverings For Milking Parlor.  Estimate $5K
  • Kitchen Setup and Cleaning Supplies. Design and set up the kitchen in the Milking Parlor with basic supplies.
  • History Museum/Center Exhibits and Interpretive Signs. Objects, Display Cases, Signs, Plaques for display of historic photos and other artifacts.
  • Wood Chips For Ground Cover. A large amount will be needed as we complete zones of the site landscaping.
  • Irrigation Pipe. We need support for this task, including donation of pipe this winter.(2017-8)  Funds and/or pro bono support could offset other costs and allow for a more complete landscaping job. Estimate unknown.
  • Barn Concrete Floor. A concrete floor will make the Barn a far more useful and maintainable as well as ADA accessible.    $60K estimate.
  • Amphitheater and Commons Hardscape. This includes the circular ring of two level seating at the back of the amphitheater,  privacy fencing between amphitheater and parking, surfacing material in the amphitheater, entrance ramp and stairs, fencing, utilities underneath for lighting and AV support.  Note:  this could be broken out into two or more pieces (e.g. stairs/ramp, fencing along driveway, pavers, wall at back of amphitheater)

Donor Acknowledgement Opportunities Include:

  • Donor Brick Pathway. To be developed in conjunction with a set of pathways, and possibly a seating area.
  • Donor Trees. Donations honored with plaques at trees along the pathway.
  • Donor Benches and Tables. Spots will be identified for benches and a few picnic tables.
